Alliance Technical Group seeks a Director of Operations for the Gulf Coast region to lead Field Services and drive safety, quality, and profitability. You will coordinate Area Compliance Managers, oversee budgeting, and partner with Sales for business development while ensuring environmental permits are met.

Travel is required; the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on regional management across multiple sites in the Gulf Coast area.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in process or environmental engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in environmental services management or related field.
• Proven leadership with structured problem-solving and strong communication across levels.

Aufgaben

• Direct Field Services operations for LDAR and compliance across the Gulf Coast region.
• Plan and coordinate Area Compliance Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgeting, CAPEX, cost tracking, and P&L for regional sites.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and pricing with Sales for renewals and new business.
