Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Director of Operations for the Gulf Coast region. The role drives Field Services, safety, quality, and profitability while aligning with regional sales and compliance objectives.

The DOO will manage Area Compliance Managers, coordinate LDAR programs, and lead staffing, budgeting, and customer relationships across the Gulf Coast. Travel up to 30% is expected, with performance-based incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in process or environmental engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years in process environment or equivalent.
• Experience in environmental services management using QMR.
• Proven technical leadership with structured problem solving.
• Effective communication across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

Aufgaben

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Direct Field Operations and LDAR program delivery.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and P&L for region.
• Recruit, train, and develop ACMs and supervisors.
• Develop proposals and pricing with Sales for renewals/new business.
