Job summary

Alliance Technical Group seeks a Director of Operations for the Gulf Coast to lead Field Services, coordinate Area Compliance Managers across sites, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while driving profitability. The DOO will partner with the VP of Operations and Sales to develop proposals, manage budgets, recruit and train staff, and oversee LDAR programs, with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in process or environmental engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of related experience in a process environment.
• Experience in environmental services management using QMR.
• Proven technical leadership and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Compliance Managers and Site Supervisors in LDAR and compliance programs.
• Ensure environmental permitting compliance across sites.
• Oversee safety culture and regulatory compliance regionally.
• Manage regional budget, Capex, and P&L across sites.
• Coordinate recruiting, training, and staffing plans.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and pricing with Sales.
• Ensure client relationships and service quality regionally.
