Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressively responsible natural gas gathering, compression, pipeline, or midstream operations experience.
• At least five years in a multi-site leadership role.
• Experience overseeing multiple regions and coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Integrity, and Commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of gas gathering system hydraulics, compression, measurement, dehydration, treating, and pipeline operations.
• Working knowledge of pipeline safety, environmental, and operator qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall field performance across the East and West regions, focusing on safety, reliability, compliance, asset integrity, maintenance, and operating cost.
• Define responsibilities and decision authority across Operations Managers and frontline teams; hold leaders accountable for results.
• Oversee safe and reliable operation of gathering pipelines, compressor stations, measurement facilities, and related infrastructure.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor variances, and support capital planning and project execution.
• Provide timely updates to executive leadership on significant events, risks, and financial performance.
