Job description

We are looking for a passionate Regional Director of Nursing to oversee multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Flint, Michigan area. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide strategic decision-making, ensure regulatory compliance, improve patient outcomes, and foster a compassionate care culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage survey preparation, corrective actions, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (CMS, OSHA).

• Lead by example in direct patient care and staff support.

• Identify areas for clinical improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Mentor facility teams on best practices and patient-centered care.

• Manage Informal Dispute Resolutions (IDRs) and survey processes.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license.

• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience, including survey management and corrective actions.

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.

• Ability to lead effectively, including hands-on care.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Willing to travel within Flint and Metro Detroit.
