Henry Ford Health is seeking a Director, Nursing Clinical Education to join our team. This leader will have market-wide responsibility for managing the provision of education, training, competency, and development for nursing staff. Patient Care Orientation and ongoing education and development will be based upon regulatory/accreditation requirements to support competency, compliance, and mission-based performance across the organization. This Director will lead the educational staff development team along with programs for direct patient care and will serve as an educational resource for the leadership team in pursuit of excellent organizational performance.
