Job description

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Director, Nursing Clinical Education to join our team.This leader will have market-wide responsibility for managing the provision of education, training, competency and development for nursing staff. Patient Care Orientation and ongoing education and development will be based upon regulatory/accreditation requirements to support competency, compliance and mission-based performance across the organization. This Director will lead the educational staff development team along with the programs for direct patient care and will serve as an educational resource for the leadership team in the pursuit of excellent organizational performance.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) degree as well as a Master's in Nursing (MSN). They will have a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan. Additionally, five years healthcare experience with in-depth clinical knowledge and previous leadership experience are required.
