Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Regional Partner to lead multi-unit restaurant operations across the designated region. You will serve as the extension of the Restaurant Support Center, coaching General Managers, developing leaders, and ensuring brand standards, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will oversee labor, inventory, training, and safety programs while collaborating with support teams to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Progressive multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations, hospitality standards, and performance across multiple restaurants in the region.
• Coach General Managers, strengthen leadership capabilities, and develop future leaders.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain restaurant leaders through performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety standards across the region.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements in guest experience and profitability.
