Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal steward of CPK's standards across the region and ensure consistent brand execution across restaurants.
• Coach, develop, and retain restaurant leaders through performance management and succession planning.
• Monitor labor schedules, inventory, and capital needs to maximize productivity and control costs.
• Partner with RSC, People, Recruitment, and Training to support staffing, leadership readiness, and organizational effectiveness.
