Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Maintenance Director responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility. You will oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, water/sewage, fire alarm systems and safety procedures, ensuring compliant operations and quality service for residents.

You will schedule preventive maintenance, manage inventory, coordinate contractors, and supervise maintenance staff while promoting a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability to supervise and develop maintenance staff.
• Experience in healthcare facility maintenance and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of boilers, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and maintain a clean, safe environment across facility systems.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance, coordinate repairs and outside contractor visits.
• Supervise, train, evaluate maintenance staff; participate in hiring and promotions.
