Titan Machinery is seeking a Region Director to lead our North region's business operations, spanning Aberdeen to Wishek and beyond. You will drive growth, coach General Managers, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across sales, parts, service, and rental functions.

As the regional leader, you will manage budgets, performance metrics, and CRM-enabled sales initiatives while promoting talent development and a culture of continuous improvement across multiple dealership locations.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of related work experience and/or related military experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated strong leadership aligned with Titan Machinery values.
• Strong interpersonal conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities; develop client relationships.
• Proven sales skills and ability to sell opportunities and ideas.
• Discretion with highly confidential information; excellent organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and accountability for all business operations within the assigned Region.
• Directly lead and coach General Managers to maximize performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth across equipment sales, parts, service, and rental operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor monthly performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Partner with General Managers through CRM processes to improve sales effectiveness and customer relationships.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across dealerships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards; lead budgeting and financial performance.
• Drive organic growth and support acquisition integration; build relationships with manufacturers and customers.
