Titan Machinery, Inc. seeks a Region Director to lead our North region with accountability for performance across equipment sales, parts, service, and rental. You will direct General Managers, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer excellence while aligning with Titan Machinery's strategic goals.

This executive role requires strong leadership, travel, and financial acumen to optimize operations, develop talent, and maintain safety and quality across multiple dealership locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience and/or related military experience.
• 5+ years of management experience
• Clean Driving record
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and work flexible hours
• Demonstrated leadership aligned with Titan Machinery values
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven client relationship development and negotiations
• Experience selling opportunities, ideas, and concepts
• Ability to handle confidential information and prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills and initiative

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for all business operations within the assigned Region.
• Directly lead and coach General Managers to maximize performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth across equipment sales, parts, service, and rental operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and achieve objectives.
• Monitor monthly performance metrics and implement action plans to close gaps.
• Partner with GMs through CRM to improve sales effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and safety standards.
• Lead annual budget planning and financial performance for the Region.
• Drive organic growth initiatives and acquisition integration.
• Build relationships with manufacturers, customers, and partners.
• Facilitate collaboration and resolve operational challenges across locations.
