Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a strategic Region Director to lead the North region across multiple dealership locations, driving profitable growth and operational excellence. You will guide General Managers, optimize revenue streams in equipment sales, parts, service, and rental, and ensure superior customer experiences while maintaining adherence to safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience and/or related military experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Clean Driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated leadership aligned with company values.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong business relationships and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for all business operations within the assigned Region.
• Directly lead and coach General Managers to maximize performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth across equipment sales, parts, service, and rental operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor monthly performance metrics and implement action plans to close gaps.
• Partner with General Managers through CRM processes to improve sales effectiveness and customer relationships.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across dealership locations.
• Lead annual budget planning and financial performance management for the Region.
• Drive organic growth initiatives and support acquisition integration.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, customers, and partners.
• Facilitate collaboration and resolve operational challenges across locations and teams.
