Job summary

Titan Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Region Director to lead business operations across the North region, including Aberdeen, SD. You will drive profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence while guiding General Managers at multiple dealerships.

Key focus areas include revenue growth in equipment sales, parts, service, and rental, as well as talent development and adherence to Titan values of People, Excellence, Integrity, and Teamwork.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience and/or related military experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Clean Driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and Titan values: People, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for all business operations within the assigned Region.
• Directly lead and coach General Managers to maximize performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth across equipment sales, parts, service, and rental operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and achieve objectives.
• Monitor monthly performance metrics and implement action plans to close gaps.
• Partner with GMs through CRM processes to improve sales and relationships.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
