• MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS: six years of full-time or equivalent experience in business/administrative/clinical management; at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Substitutions: degrees or doctorates may substitute for years of experience.
• Qualifications focus on leadership, budget, and program management in residential services.

Responsibilities

• Set policy and oversee planning, development, and evaluation of state-operated residential services in the Northeast region.
• Direct senior management and budget priorities; ensure fiscal responsibility and service quality.
• Guide expansion of emergency stabilization residential services and complex clinical supports.
• Collaborate with Area Offices, landlords, and community partners to improve care and access.
• Lead program development, staffing models, and performance improvement across a large network.
• Other duties as assigned.
