Job summary

Postgraduate Center for Mental Health seeks a Regional Director to oversee Residential Programs, supervise Program Directors, and ensure regulatory compliance across NYS and NYC agencies. The role partners with the Deputy Vice President of Residential Operations to guide clinical, operational, and financial functions.

The candidate will engage in regulatory reporting, incident reviews, and start-up of new residences while coordinating with administrators and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years management experience in the mental health field.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and publishing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential programs and buildings operations in the Residential Division.
• Directly supervise Program Directors and provide weekly supervision as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety code and regulatory requirements at each site.
