Job summary

Cnscares is seeking a Regional Director to provide market leadership for home health operations in a multi-state territory. The role focuses on strategic planning, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and staffing to meet patient needs while driving growth across designated regions.

Frequent travel is required; a strong track record in home healthcare leadership and regulatory knowledge is essential. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two (2) years of operations leadership experience in home healthcare.
• Multi-State/Regional Leadership experience required.
• At least eight (8) years of experience in home healthcare; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience with business growth and development.
• Knowledge of state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead region(s) operations and drive market growth.
• Oversee budgeting and regulatory compliance within the region.
• Develop staffing plans to meet patient needs and ensure timely admissions.
• Collaborate with sales to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and report monthly to leadership with action plans.
• Ensure adherence to Medicare Conditions and State Operations Manuals.
