Job summary

VitalCaring Group in Lafayette, LA, is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Home Health. You will lead day-to-day operations across multiple agencies, shape regional strategy, and ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with clinical, sales, and HR leaders to drive census growth, manage budgets, and develop leaders. This is a high-visibility role requiring travel within the region and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; RN preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of home health leadership experience with multi-site or regional oversight.
• Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and driving operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple home health agencies, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high performance.
• Own regional quality & compliance, including survey readiness and regulatory adherence.
• Partner with clinical, sales, HR, and executive leadership to drive aligned outcomes; communicate performance & opportunities to senior leadership.
