Job summary

The Regional Director at Cnscares provides market leadership for the delivery of home health agency services, directing operations, strategic planning and attainment of market goals.

This role requires multi-state leadership experience in home healthcare, strong regulatory knowledge, budgeting oversight and collaboration with sales to drive growth. Frequent travel within designated territory is required, including Washington and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two (2) years of operations leadership experience in home healthcare.
• Multi-State/Regional Leadership experience required.
• At least eight (8) years of experience in home healthcare; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience with business growth and development.
• Knowledge of state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides market leadership for the effective management of operations and delivery of home health agency services.
• Oversees regional budgeting and staffing to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures performance against KPIs and regulatory standards; communicates with executive team.
• Leads recruitment, retention, and development of clinical and support staff.
• Collaborates with sales to develop growth strategies for the assigned region.
