Job summary

Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners Regional Director sought to lead a cluster of stores, driving service, retail and parts sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Regional VP to set budgets and goals, deliver ROI, and maintain SN Partners’ strong community reputation and core values across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in store operations that include sales and service.
• Knowledge of John Deere systems and service office workflow processes.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Ability to lead teams and drive accountability.
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
