Job summary

Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners in Macon, MO, seeks a Regional Director to lead a cluster of stores within the Regional Operations department. You will oversee service, retail and parts sales while delivering ROI and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in store operations, knowledge of John Deere systems, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will partner with the Regional VP to set budgets, drive growth, and maintain SN Partners’ community image.
