Job summary

Midwest Machinery Co. seeks a regional operations leader to plan, direct, and coordinate dealership activities across multiple departments in the assigned region.

You will develop staffing, budgets, and policies to drive efficiency and profitability while maintaining a safe work environment and strong customer relations. The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit dealership management experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead teams and communicate across levels, including Deere

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years multi-unit and dealership management experience.
• Ability to speak effectively one-on-one and within a group.
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent understanding of financial principles relative to operations.
• Ability to use Deere sales computer applications and tools.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of departments concerned with the sales, parts, and service of products.
• Leads regional sales and operations performance for the assigned region.
• Reviews financial statements and reports to measure productivity and guide improvements.
• Manages regional budgeting and funding of operations for efficiency.
• Coordinates with corporate managers to align objectives across regions.
• Oversees staffing and development of regional personnel.
• Fosters a positive culture and continuous improvement across the region.
• Ensures safety rules and regulations are followed.
• Maintains communication with customers and Deere personnel.
