Job summary

Sysco Denver (Division of USA I) in Denver seeks a Director of Local Sales to join the senior sales leadership and drive region strategy, growth and customer experience. You will guide the Local Sales Organization, coach district managers, and collaborate with the VP of Sales to execute territorial plans and campaigns.

You are expected to lead performance management, deploy the CMP process, and ensure strong P&L awareness while partnering on budgets and campaigns that align with the regional

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years leading B2B sales teams in foodservice.
• Experience coaching and leading district sales managers to deadlines.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with sales planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of District Sales Managers and associates to meet financial plan.
• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to improve results.
• Facilitate collaborative team selling and expand service channels.
• Direct Customer Engagement efforts and optimize CRM usage.
• Deliver brand results and manage regional conversion opportunities.
• Develop and deliver sales budgets and participate in strategic planning.
