American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director responsible for a region of about 130 store locations. You will lead, inspire and develop 11 District Team Leaders to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong financial performance.

You will oversee regional planning, budget management and strategic direction, ensuring brand standards in visual execution and store operations across all locations. AEO values leadership, collaboration and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years of retail management experience.
• Weekly travel required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales through deep-dive business analysis and actionable strategies.
• Lead and develop 11 District Team Leaders to foster growth.
• Ensure store operations and visual merchandising standards meet a high bar.
