The role requires extensive multi-unit leadership, travel, and strong skills in strategy, budgeting, and team development to ensure brand standards and operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of retail management experience, including regional director experience.
• Weekly travel is required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, communication and budgeting skills.
• Ability to influence peers and senior management.
• Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Drive profitable sales through deep-dive business analysis and actionable strategies.
