American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to lead a specialty retail region of about 130 stores and 11 District Team Leaders. The role drives sales, operations, and talent development while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Headquarters to translate brand strategies into regional execution, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across channels nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Over 10 years of experience in retail management and regional leadership.
• Weekly travel is required.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Internet applications.
• Analytical, budgeting, project management and planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative and able to influence peers and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Profitable Sales through deep-dive business analysis and actionable strategies.
• Talent & Leadership Development by coaching and mentoring District Team Leaders.
• Operational & Visual Excellence ensuring consistent store operations and visual standards.
• Strategic Relationship Building with cross-functional partners and Headquarters.
• Strategic Planning including regional budgeting and direction for initiatives.
• Customer Experience as brand expert, optimizing selling behaviours and customer insights.
