You will coach and lead a regional team, implement repeatable processes, and partner with sales to expand profitable installed services while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in construction, a Bachelor’s degree, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction-based leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven leadership directing high-performing teams and overseeing complex customer operations across multiple states and regions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with customers, sales, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and track KPIs like profitability, timelines, service, and compliance.
• Partner with sales team and branches to grow profitable installed services business.
• Set expectations, hire, coach, train and monitor team performance and productivity.
• Develop product knowledge and serve as a reliable resource for customers, sales teams and direct reports.
• Travel up to 40% across the region as needed.
