Job summary

Associated Materials, LLC is seeking a Regional Installation Services Director to lead growth, development and delivery of services across a defined region. You will coach and guide the regional team to drive profitable installed services, using reliable processes to establish ISS as the leading Project Management service in the industry.

Responsibilities include region oversight of KPIs, profitability, timelines and customer service, with travel up to 40% across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction-based leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field or industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers, sales teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Region Oversight: Plan, manage and track KPIs including job profitability, project timelines, customer service and compliance with standards.
• Grow Profitability: Partner with sales team and branches to grow profitable installed services business.
• Region Leadership: Set expectations, hire, coach, train and monitor team performance and productivity.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and serve as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for customers, sales teams and direct reports.
• Flexibility to travel throughout the assigned region as needed, up to 40% of the time.
