Job summary

Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, is seeking a Field Installation Project Manager to oversee construction projects on-site, ensure safety and profitability, and deliver high-quality results for customers in Tukwila, WA.

In this role you will manage timelines, review quotes, perform field measurements, coordinate with customers and contractors, and help maintain strong product knowledge across siding, windows, and cladding products.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred and/or 2-4 years of industry experience
• Preferably 2-5 years in fast paced production, construction, building products
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Certifications valued, but not required -- OSHA, FGIA (AMAA), PEPA (VSI), RRP

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and track projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones are met and delays are addressed
• Continuously monitor costs and resources to keep projects on budget; Create change orders and make adjustments during jobs to maintain profitability
• Conduct precise on-site measurements, where applicable, ensuring all data is documented and verified
• Perform simple repairs in field (sash replacement, screen repairs, etc.)
• Regularly audit job sites for quality and safety and promptly address and resolve job-site issues
• Set clear expectations with customer, maintain regular communication
• Schedule assignment of jobs to subcontractors and reviewing labor costs
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and serve as a reliable and knowledgeable resource to all customers
