Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking an Area Director to lead a regional portfolio of IDD residential services. You will work with Area Managers and state leadership to strengthen teams, establish stable programs, and drive growth during a period of organizational expansion.

You will influence people, culture, operations, and outcomes while keeping the individuals we support at the center of every decision. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field is required.
• 5+ years supporting individuals with IDD/DD, including overseeing residential services.
• 2+ years of progressive leadership developing staff and achieving goals.
• Working knowledge of Indiana FSSA/BDDS requirements, HCBS/CIH, Medicaid Waivers, CMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional portfolio of residential services and develop leaders across the region.
• Guide teams through change, maintain stability, and drive program performance.
• Ensure services meet regulatory and quality standards while promoting person-centered delivery.
