Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Director of IDD Residential Services (Area Director) to lead multiple residential programs across Indiana. You will guide budgets, staffing, licensing, and compliance while driving growth and ensuring person-centered services.

You will collaborate with Area Managers and state teams to maintain high-quality services, mentor leaders, and advance strategic initiatives across our regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is required.
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD or related services.
• 2+ years in leadership overseeing multiple programs or sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Area Managers and Program Directors across residential programs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicaid/HCBS standards, and CARF.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and program performance; drive growth and partnerships.
