Job summary

Dungarvin seeks an experienced Area Director to oversee residential IDD/DD programs across a region. You will guide leadership teams, drive alignment with person-centered practices, and ensure high-quality services while building strategic partnerships with families and community partners.

You will lead for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and program performance, advancing growth and safeguarding the integrity of services across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field required.
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services or similar.
• 2+ years leadership over multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Managers and Program Directors to ensure operational consistency.
• Build relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance with state regulations, licensing, Medicaid HCBS standards, and quality.
