Job summary

AudioNova, part of Sonova, seeks a Regional Director, Hearing Care to lead a team of Hearing Care Professionals and Regional Managers. You will drive KPI attainment, guide strategy, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer care while maintaining HIPAA and billing compliance.

You will collaborate with leaders on talent management, portfolio management, and integration of new clinics, ensuring adherence to local and global policies and driving regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50–60%.
• Hearing Healthcare, Medical Retail, or Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen; marketing and promotion experience.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship, and counseling skills.
• Multi-unit management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs such as revenue targets, ASP, Gross Margin, LCM, Help Rate, and Same Day Help.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support employees, including selection, hiring, development, and performance management.
• Effectively manage and support change management initiatives.
• Motivate the team to embrace AudioNova policies and procedures.
• Ensure a customer-centered approach by exploring customers' lifestyle needs and providing best practices for visits.
