AudioNova, a Sonova brand in the United States, seeks a Regional Director – Hearing Care for Arkansas & Missouri. You will lead the Regional Manager, Hearing Care, and a team of professionals to meet sales budgets, KPIs, and customer care standards while upholding AudioNova’s care principles.

This hybrid role requires strong leadership, coaching, and change-management skills, plus travel 50–60%. You’ll collaborate on portfolio growth, clinic openings, and acquisitions across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50–60%.
• Hearing Healthcare, Medical Retail, or Retail experience is a plus.
• Effective and professional verbal, written, and virtual communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Marketing and promotion experience.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship, and counseling skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs such as revenue targets, ASP, Gross Margin, Local Contribution Margin, Help Rate, and Same Day Help.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support employees, including selection, hiring, development, and performance management.
• Effectively manage and support change management initiatives.
• Motivate the team to embrace AudioNova policies and procedures.
• Ensure a customer-centered approach by exploring customers' lifestyle needs through the MEET journey.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal laws and AudioNova brand standards.
• Collaborate with leaders to execute talent management initiatives, including development, appraisal, and succession planning.
