Sonova Group in Washington is seeking a Regional Director, Hearing Care to lead the Regional Manager and a team of Hearing Care Professionals across the Washington region, driving sales targets, KPIs, and exceptional patient care in line with AudioNova standards.

This leadership role requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and willingness to travel 50–60% to grow the business, support clinics, and ensure aligned customer care. Salary and bonus information are provided in the posting.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
• Willing to travel up to 50–60%
• Hearing Healthcare, Medical Retail, or Retail experience is a plus
• Effective and professional verbal, written, and virtual communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Marketing and promotion experience
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship, and counseling skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs such as revenue targets, ASP, Gross Margin, Local Contribution Margin, Help Rate, and Same Day Help
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support employees
• Effectively manage and support change management initiatives
• Motivate the team to embrace AudioNova's policies and procedures
• Ensure a customer-centered approach by understanding lifestyle needs and guiding best practices
• Ensure compliance with local and global policies, HIPAA, CEUs, and billing requirements
• Collaborate with leaders to execute talent management initiatives and KPI goals
• Lead strategies to improve regional engagement and growth
