Job summary

AudioNova, a Sonova brand, seeks a Regional Director of Hearing Care for Washington to lead the regional team, drive sales targets, and ensure exceptional patient experiences. You will coach professionals, manage budgets, and guide talent development across the region.

You will travel up to 50–60% and collaborate with leadership to execute talent initiatives while upholding high standards of care and compliance. This is a pivotal role in a fast-growing, patient-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• MBA preferred but not required for consideration.
• Experience in hearing healthcare or retail sales is a plus.
• Proven track record in multi-site leadership and achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire regional sales teams to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
• Coach and develop Hearing Care Professionals and support staff.
• Drive talent management initiatives including development, appraisal and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing, CEUs and billing requirements.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities & Branding for portfolio management.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and manage change across the region.
