Job summary

AudioNova, a Sonova Brand, seeks a Regional Director, Hearing Care in Washington to lead a regional team of Hearing Care Professionals and support staff. You will drive sales, coach talent, and ensure top-quality customer care across clinics in the region.

The role requires travel 50-60% and a strong background in healthcare or retail, with proven leadership and business acumen. You will partner with real estate and branding to optimize clinic performance and patient experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
Willing to travel up to 50-60% of time.
Hearing Healthcare, Medical Retail, or Retail experience is a plus.
Strong verbal, written, and virtual communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs including revenue targets and ASP.
Coach and develop Hearing Care Professionals and support staff.
Drive change management and ensure adherence to AudioNova policies.
Create a customer-centered experience via MEET journey and services.
Collaborate on talent management, including development and succession planning.
Oversee portfolio management and integration of new clinics and staff.
