Job summary

You will grow the regional business by expanding Ascension-related sites and pursuing selective non-Ascension opportunities, mentoring on-site leaders, and collaborating with Medxcel executives on strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years in healthcare facilities management
• CHFM certification is preferred
• Experience with regulatory standards and hospital operations

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Facility Directors and mentor on-site leaders.
• Ensure service excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource planning for the region.
