Job summary

MedElite is seeking a dynamic Region Director to oversee provider experience and facility/client satisfaction across assigned regions. This role ensures field staff receive necessary support while aligning MedElite operations with client facilities through proactive communication and collaboration.

The candidate will facilitate policy updates, coordinate with internal teams, and act as primary liaison to Medical Directors, Specialists, and PCPs, driving service excellence in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Active RN or NP license.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or clinically related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supporting staff and providers in a clinical setting, sales, or RN/NP role.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication on policy and process updates for HTR and Care Management reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align procedures with facilities' initiatives.
• Act as facility liaison and manage new service requests.
• Serve as primary contact for facility providers including Medical Directors, Specialists, and PCPs.
• Provide guidance on documentation, coding, billing, and MedElite policies.
