Life Care Centers of America seeks a Division Director of Business Development to lead regional business development efforts for Arizona and Nevada. The role focuses on expanding census, building partnerships with hospitals and physicians, and guiding the admissions and liaison teams to position Life Care as the provider of choice.

Qualifications

• Prior marketing and sales background in healthcare is required.
• Experience in multi-site management is required.
• Willing to travel.
• ACO/PAC experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Administration or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing others.
• 4–5 years of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate business development programs.
• Develop new business opportunities for facilities.
• Create and deliver business development presentations and collaterals.
• Assist in planning community outreach activities.
• Develop and implement census development plans.
• Maintain and expand relationships with hospitals, medical practices, ACOs and other referral partners.
• Aim to meet or exceed census and quality mix goals.
• Recruit, select, train, counsel, and supervise business development and admissions staff.
