Job summary

People Powered is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to lead census and q-mix growth across Central Pennsylvania SNFs, including Camp Hill, Gettysburg, Lancaster, and surrounding areas. This role requires extensive regional BD experience in skilled nursing and regular regional travel.

You will build referral networks with hospital systems, managed care organizations, and physician groups while mentoring central admissions and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• MUST have extensive Regional Business Development experience in Skilled Nursing.
• 5+ years of business development or marketing leadership experience in skilled nursing.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team across multiple facilities.
• Proven track record of growing census and managing multi-site referral territories.

Responsibilities

• Own the business development strategy and performance for multiple SNF locations across a PA region.
• Build and manage referral relationships with hospital discharge planning, ACOs, and physician groups.
• Recruit, train, and manage admissions and marketing teams across facilities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for conversion rates, response times, and census growth.
• Analyze PointClickCare and CRM data to track performance and payer mix.
• Partner with regional admins and nursing leadership to align facility capabilities with referral demand.
• Manage payer and managed care relationships and compliance with Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
• Represent the organization at industry events and referral source functions.
• Report to executive leadership on regional pipeline health and occupancy trends.
