Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies, regulations, and operating procedures are followed by staff.
• Supervise and distribute workload; cover vacant caseloads.
• Ensure local office scheduling meets timeframes for timeliness.
• Meet with State and Contract staff to improve eligibility processes.
• Respond to client inquiries within required timeframes.
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees; support professional development.
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and evaluate staff performance.
