Clear. is seeking a Regional Director to provide senior oversight of electrical construction projects in the Nashville region. The role combines financial management with leadership of project teams, customer relationships, and operational strategy.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement while driving profitability and effective change-order management across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6–7+ years of relevant electrical construction experience.
• 4–5+ years of management experience overseeing electrical construction project teams.
• Proven experience delivering multiple large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction operations, project financials, scheduling, and commercial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple electrical construction projects and teams.
• Review budgets, revenue, costs, margins, forecasts, billing, commitments, and cash flow.
• Coach and develop project managers and other team members, identifying opportunities for professional growth.
• Promote a strong culture focused on safety, quality, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with leadership to share information and best practices across the organization.
• Take ownership of regional and project-level financial performance and change-order pricing.
• Coordinate pricing and scope information from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist project teams with change-order negotiations and commercial strategy.
