Nashville, Tennessee commutable from Franklin, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Gallatin, Nolensville, and Lebanon

Are you an experienced Branch Manager or Project Executive looking to take the next step into a senior leadership position with a major electrical contractor delivering some of the largest data center and healthcare projects in the country?

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior electrical construction professional to take ownership of major projects, lead and develop project management teams, and play a key role in the continued growth of a highly established organization.

The company is a leading electrical contractor with over 3,000 employees and more than 90 years of history. With continued growth across mission-critical, healthcare, and hyperscale data center projects, they offer the stability of a major organization alongside exposure to some of the most technically complex electrical projects in the market.

In this role, you will have significant autonomy and responsibility across project financials, estimating, scheduling, preconstruction, VDC, customer relationships, and team development, while working closely with leadership to drive operational performance.

This role would suit an experienced Project Executive or Branch Manager that is looking to step up into a key position for a growing national-scale company where you can continue to progress your career into executive leadership, while enjoying a leading bonus and full-scale benefits package.

The Role:

• Take both full ownership of project financial performance as well as the development of project teams
• Oversee large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Support continued growth across major mission-critical, healthcare, and hyperscale data center projects

• Project Executive, Regional Director, or similar electrical construction professional
• Strong leadership experience mentoring and developing Project Managers and project teams
