Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Regional Director for Electrical Commercial & Mission-Critical Construction in Nashville, TN. You will lead branch operations, own full P&L, and drive delivery on large-scale electrical projects including data centers.

Responsibilities include steering financials, mentoring managers, and coordinating complex estimates and schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and travel readiness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6–7 years of electrical industry field experience.
• 4–5 years of management experience leading construction project teams with electrical focus.
• Proven record of delivering multiple large-scale electrical construction projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership with mentoring and developing project teams.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Cross-functional teamwork to reach project goals and promote safety and efficiency.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own full branch P&L, including costs, revenue, billings, projections, margins, gains and fades, commitments, AR and AP.
• Lead, mentor and develop project managers and project teams; define roles and career paths.
• Oversee project and change order estimates; coordinate quotes and negotiate with customers.
• Build and manage schedules aligned with GC schedule using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Lead detailed preconstruction from award through field mobilization; oversee 2D/3D modeling and field layout tech.
• Roll out and enforce standardized processes across financial and project platforms.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, GCs, vendors and stakeholders; represent company at events.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement; travel regionally to support projects.
