Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction field experience.
• 5+ years of management experience leading project teams.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale electrical projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost control, margins, and profitability.
• Experience across electrical estimating, change orders, scheduling, and budget management.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and mentor project teams.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the region as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across regional electrical construction operations and multiple project teams.
• Hold responsibility for financial performance, including revenue, costs, forecasting, margins, billing, profitability, and overall operational performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and operational teams, establishing clear responsibilities and career development.
• Oversee multiple electrical construction projects, ensuring delivery across safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Provide oversight across estimating and change management, including scope reviews, change orders, subcontractor/vendor pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Drive effective project planning and scheduling with teams to align manpower, sequencing, milestones.
• Support and oversee preconstruction, VDC, prefabrication, and field technology strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners.
• Drive adherence to processes, project controls, reporting standards, and opportunities for improvement.
