Mastercard Inc. seeks a strategic Director to drive regional commercialization of BVNK-powered digital asset solutions across North America. You will define go-to-market strategies, shape ecosystem partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth with financial institutions, fintechs, PSPs, and digital merchants.

The role requires deep payments/digital asset expertise, executive-level collaboration, and the ability to navigate evolving markets. Travel across the NAM region is expected.

• Ability to originate, negotiate, and close complex partnerships.
• Deep understanding of payments/financial services in NAM Region.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
• Ability to lead across matrixed global organizations.

• Proven success in evolving and ambiguous markets.
• Ability to translate trends into commercial opportunities.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Mansioni

• Define and execute regional commercialization strategy for BVNK-powered solutions and stablecoins.
• Collaborate with account teams to advance pipeline generation and revenue realization.
• Set regional priorities, target segments, and expansion plans.
• Lead regional sales across financial institutions, fintechs, PSPs, remittance providers, and marketplaces.
• Develop and govern a robust pipeline from origination to contract execution.
• Sponsor strategic pursuits and executive-level client engagements.
• Drive revenue, transaction volume, and market adoption goals across NAM.
• Identify new market opportunities, geographic expansion, and emerging use cases.
• Evangelize BVNK and Mastercard's digital asset solutions.
