Mastercard is seeking a Director of Strategic Business Development for Digital Assets in New York City. The role focuses on driving growth in crypto, Web3, and digital assets, identifying, structuring and managing partnerships, and expanding Mastercard’s footprint in this evolving space.

Reporting to the VP of Global Strategic Business Development, you will collaborate with senior leaders to execute on new opportunities, strengthen relationships with key players, and deliver well-structured

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business development and account management in digital assets or crypto.
• Extensive network in blockchain/crypto ecosystem.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Technology or Engineering.

Aufgaben

• Drive global business development in the digital assets and blockchain space.
• Manage all global account management tasks in line with Mastercard best practices and ensure we deliver on strategy and targets.
• Drive relevant product innovation based on customer feedback.
• Embed Mastercard in the global crypto and blockchain industry by establishing relationships with exchanges, wallets, layer 1, onramps and similar entities.
• Onboard and train new BD and AM team members and help them grow into their roles.
• Deliver on acquiring and issuing revenue targets and product targets in the digital assets segment.
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive business and shape the future of the digital economy.
• Review and expand target segments based on opportunities and product launches.
