You will drive the adoption of Mastercard’s stablecoin capabilities and BVNK-powered solutions with financial institutions, fintechs, PSPs, marketplaces, and digital merchants. The role requires defining regional go-to-market strategies, shaping ecosystem partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth while balancing commercialization

Qualifications

• Experience selling or leading commercialization in payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• Proven ability to influence C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
• Strong cross-border and regional market development experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional commercialization strategy for BVNK and stablecoin offerings.
• Lead regional go-to-market, partnerships, and ecosystem development to accelerate adoption.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline from origination to close with MA account teams.
• Drive revenue growth, market share, and transaction growth across NAM region.
• Represent BVNK solutions in executive client engagements, workshops, and strategy sessions.
