Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Ohio is seeking a Regional Director to lead the regional system of supports for individuals served in the community. This full-time role requires on-call responsibilities as needed and strong leadership to coordinate service delivery and staff management.

A four-year degree in social services and at least three years of management experience in developmental disabilities are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of management-level experience.
• At least 4 years in the field of developmental disabilities.
• Quality assurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional supports and services for individuals.
• Lead personnel and coordinate service delivery.
• Manage budgets and fiscal oversight.

At ViaQuest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served within assigned region.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Fiscal Oversight including (but not limited to): Budget Development, Implementation, oversight and monitoring of reimbursement systems, Overtime monitoring
• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.

Requirements for this position include:

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years management level experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
• Quality assurance experience is preferred.
